Geoff is the founder of Enduring Value Partners where he leverages his prior C-Suite experience leading and implementing high impact corporate initiatives.  Prior to founding EVP, Geoff served as President and CEO of an international publicly listed company (NYSE:CIA), where he earned distinction leading the transformation of its board of directors and executive team, setting the Company on the path for future growth and sustainability.  Geoff is a strategic and high-impact leader with 15+ years of proven public company C-Level experience designing, launching and leading high-profile corporate initiatives.  He thrives working in ambiguous and challenging environments where success requires perseverance, agility and leading collaborative teams to formulate strategy and ensure implementation. 

 

During his CEO and public company Board career, Geoff played the lead role in establishing a $1B offshore company domiciled in Bermuda, acquiring U.S. domestic companies, developing long term growth strategies for international and U.S. domestic businesses, realigning a public company board and executive team and designing a pathway for future growth.  While CEO, Geoff reset the corporate culture by establishing a common purpose and by focusing on hiring relevant talent, growth opportunities and accountability.  With substantial experience driving corporate innovation at the intersection of regulatory scrutiny and systemic business/technology challenges, Geoff has a strong track record of collaborating with board members, C-Level executives, public company shareholders, international sales leaders and external advisors to implement high-impact initiatives.  As CEO and then as an outside consultant, Geoff strategized and led the acquisition and dissolution of public company control shares (NYSE:CIA).

As a former Chief Legal Officer and experienced securities lawyer, Geoff has depth and breadth in public company governance, securities law, litigation and general legal matters that he leans into as he leads from the C-Suite. Having successfully navigated a three year SEC investigation to conclusion without penalty, Geoff has proven experience dealing with government investigations and gaining the confidence of regulators.

 

Geoff is a frequent guest lecturer at business schools and law schools. He is currently co-authoring a business case for publication by Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, where he serves as a guest lecturer to MBA students.

 

Geoff received an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center and a BBA from Texas A&M University’s Mays School of Business.  Geoff is a licensed attorney in Texas, Colorado and New York.
